How Treasure Coast Home Service Pros works
We are a free referral service that connects homeowners on Florida's Treasure Coast with independent local businesses.
- Tell us what you needPick the service, add your ZIP code and a phone number. Details are optional but help.
- One local pro reaches outWe send your request to one independent local business in that trade that serves your area.
- You decideGet a quote, ask questions, check their license and insurance. You never have to hire anyone.
Who pays
You do not pay anything for the referral. The independent businesses may pay us for each introduction or for a spot in their trade and area. That arrangement is between us and them. The price for your job comes from the business, and you are free to get other quotes.
What we do not do
- We do not do any repair, installation or service work ourselves.
- We are not a contractor and we do not hold contractor licenses.
- We do not check, rank, certify or endorse the businesses we refer you to.
- We do not sell your request to a list of companies.
- We do not quote prices. Only the business that sees the job can do that.
Before you hire anyone
For licensed trades, look up the business or person at myfloridalicense.com. For pest control, check with FDACS. Ask for proof of insurance, get the scope and price in writing, ask who pulls the permit, and be careful with anyone who asks for most of the money before work starts.
